Deprivation, guilt and dieting are words we have banned at Le Grand Spa des Alpes®.
Our dieticians are extremely skilled in showing you that a balanced diet can be a source of pleasure on a daily basis.
Our 6- and 9-Day "Slimming at Brides" programmes include specialised dietary assessment and advice.
During your initial appointment with a dietician, you will be given:
- a diagnosis,
- an impedance measurement (measurement of your body composition).
A second appointment at the end of your stay:
- provides an assessment of your weight loss
- sets specific quality and/or quantity objectives.
Lastly, we offer interactive post-treatment follow-up by email with the dietician who advised you during your stay of weight loss. This :
- boosts your confidence when returning home
- enables you to continue with your weight loss in the long term.
