This mini course on 5 days is supervised by a physical activity professional. It starts with an evaluation as tests. Based on the results and goals of the person, a personalized physical activities program is established. 5 individual sessions of 1h30. Admission to Spa activities, during the half-day when is made the session. The individualized room includes: - A circuit cardio (bike, treadmill...) - A body vibrotonics appliance (FitVibe) - Toning and stretching accessories (Weighted bars, bench, ball doctor ...)

This single session is supervised by a physical activity professional. It aims to advise the curist to a resumption of physical activity suited to the morphology and his health. During this meeting a personalized post-cure programme is established. 1 individual session of 1h30. Admission to Spa activities during the half-day when is made the session.
